Optima Chemical came through once again with design, construction, and start up of a major Capital project completed within a very condensed and demanding timeframe. A Solidaire® dryer system including Slurry feed and adjustment tanks, natural gas burner, Mikropul bag house with solids discharging system, blower and control system, solids conveying and a supersack loading station were installed. The project also included erection of a new building and structure to house these unit operations. The entire project was completed and production start up commenced within 4 months of first breaking ground to pour concrete.
