Four months from contract signing to the first pounds of production...
This may sound like a long time, but not when you consider the fact that an entire production unit was built from “scratch”,
on site with our own construction crew. The ground was prepared, concrete poured, equipment ordered and utilities were
brought into the new area from the main production site before construction could start.
A saponification reactor, concentration vessels, solvent recovery vessels, with overheads, solvent extractor unit
and many support vessels were installed. In Addition, 23,000 gallons of new solvent storage was also installed.
